Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to oversee site execution and construction activities for interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within specifications, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

This position is ideal for engineers with solid UAE site experience in interior fit-out or construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out and construction works

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow

• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

• Monitor site progress, quality, and timelines to meet project delivery schedules

• Prepare daily and weekly site reports and assist with project documentation

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards on site

• Identify and resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays or rework

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• 3–4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction projects

• Strong understanding of site execution, construction drawings, BOQs, and material specifications

• Ability to manage site activities independently and work under tight deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
