Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The role is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating materials and services required for project execution, while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery in line with project schedules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the interior fit-out industry and strong supplier management and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure interior fit-out materials including finishes, fixtures, fittings, joinery, MEP items, and accessories

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders in line with project and company requirements

• Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and store teams to understand material needs

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to site in accordance with project timelines

• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and supporting documentation

• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, delays, or overstocking

• Ensure all procured materials meet approved specifications and quality standards

• Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for timely payments

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience within the interior fit-out or construction industry

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery, MEP components, and accessories

• Proven negotiation and vendor management capabilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word); ERP / Focus software knowledge is an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines

• Strong organisational and coordination skills
