Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Visualization Artist to join our Dubai-based design team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong experience in architectural and interior visualization, particularly within development companies or design consultancies delivering large-scale, high-end projects.

You will be responsible for producing photorealistic, emotionally engaging visuals that translate architectural concepts, interior design intent, and FF&E specifications into compelling visual narratives for hospitality, residential, retail, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings and animations for luxury residential, hospitality, retail, and large-scale development projects

• Translate concept designs, mood boards, and technical packages into fully styled and immersive 3D environments

• Review and cross-check FF&E specification sheets, ensuring accurate representation of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting

• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and technical teams to ensure design accuracy and execution feasibility

• Develop realistic lighting, textures, materials, and environmental settings using D5 Render and 3ds Max

• Interpret 2D drawings, CAD files, and BIM models into compelling 3D compositions

• Prepare high-impact presentation materials, including camera views, walkthroughs, and storytelling sequences

• Organize and compile presentation files for internal and client design reviews, ensuring clarity and narrative consistency

• Maintain a consistent visual language, rendering quality, and stylistic approach across all projects

• Produce multiple design options efficiently to support iterative feedback and fast-paced design development

• Manage and maintain a structured internal model, texture, and material library

• Deliver draft and final visuals within tight deadlines while maintaining studio quality standards

• Produce video animations and walkthroughs when required

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural visualization

• At least 2 years of experience within the UAE (mandatory)

• Expert-level proficiency in D5 Render and 3ds Max

• Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit is an advantage

• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera angles, textures, and visual storytelling

• Proven experience working on luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end retail projects

• Proficient in Photoshop or equivalent post-production software

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Salary & Benefits

• AED 7,000 – 8,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
