The role focuses exclusively on select, high-profile projects, requiring discretion, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect GR LAB’s creative vision with the region’s most influential clients and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage high-level relationships within the luxury, hospitality, art, and cultural sectors

• Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with GR LAB’s artistic identity and creative philosophy

• Develop strategic partnerships with iconic venues, luxury brands, and private clients

• Represent GR LAB in private meetings, cultural events, and curated experiences

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate artistic concepts into commercially viable proposals

• Build and maintain a focused pipeline of qualified prospects and strategic contacts

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring GR LAB is represented with elegance, credibility, and cultural sensitivity

Candidate Requirements

• Based in Dubai with strong regional market understanding

• Proven background in luxury, hospitality, art, entertainment, or cultural partnerships

• Established personal network within the high-end experience and ultra-luxury market

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills

• Refined professional presence with the ability to engage senior decision-makers authentically
