Azco Real Estate Brokers LLC, a leading Dubai-based brokerage established in 2007, is expanding its Off-Plan Sales team and is seeking motivated, people-focused property consultants to join its growing operation.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with investors, presenting new developments, and closing high-value transactions. You will gain direct exposure to Dubai’s most sought-after off-plan projects while building a strong personal brand with the backing of an award-winning agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce buyers and investors to off-plan developments and new developer launches

• Present project details including layouts, pricing, payment plans, handover timelines, and investment potential

• Connect with clients through referrals, networking, events, exhibitions, and direct outreach

• Guide clients through booking, reservation, and documentation processes

• Build long-term relationships with investors, end-users, and developer partners

• Stay updated on new launches, market trends, and off-plan investment opportunities

• Represent developer projects professionally (no physical property viewings required)

Candidate Profile:

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in off-plan sales or off-plan resale is a strong advantage, but not essential

• Confident, articulate communicators who thrive in client-facing roles

• Self-motivated, target-driven individuals with a strong results mindset

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is preferred

• Valid UAE driving licence

• Fluency in English

Additional Languages (Highly Desirable):

• Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, German, Spanish, Farsi
