Azco Real Estate Brokers LLC, an award-winning brokerage established in 2007, is expanding its Leasing and Secondary Sales division and is seeking driven, client-focused property consultants to join its growing Dubai team.

This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who enjoy building relationships, negotiating deals, and converting opportunities into successful transactions. You will gain hands-on exposure to Dubai’s dynamic residential property market while building your personal brand with the support of a market-leading agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect buyers, tenants, landlords, and sellers through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach

• Conduct property viewings and provide transparent, market-driven advice

• Manage negotiations and successfully close leasing and resale transactions

• List, market, and present properties professionally across multiple platforms

• Stay up to date with rental trends, pricing, and local market activity

• Handle contracts, documentation, and regulatory compliance with confidence

• Build long-term client relationships and a strong professional network

Candidate Profile:

What We’re Looking For:

• Real estate leasing or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential

• Confident communicators who enjoy client-facing roles

• Self-motivated, target-driven individuals focused on results

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Familiarity with Dubai’s property market is a plus

• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to attend property viewings

• Fluency in English

Additional Languages (Highly Desirable):

• Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, German, Spanish, Farsi
