Role Overview

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Renewals Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of business clients. The role focuses on customer retention, contract renewals, and revenue growth through strategic relationship management and upselling opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with corporate clients in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for existing B2B clients, ensuring timely and seamless contract renewals.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

  • Proactively engage clients to improve retention rates and maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence and high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of renewals, communications, and follow-ups using CRM systems.

  • Monitor renewal pipelines and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly renewal targets.

  • Contribute to overall revenue growth and client retention strategies.


Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, renewals, or account management, preferably in a service-driven or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Valid UAE driving license with willingness to travel for client meetings.

  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer success and retention.
