Role Overview

Novel Insight Property (NIP Realty) is seeking motivated and client-focused Property Consultants to join its growing Dubai real estate team. In this role, you will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties, delivering expert advice and a seamless end-to-end experience.

The ideal candidate is sales-driven, market-aware, and passionate about real estate, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and consistently close deals in Dubai’s competitive property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on prospective leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking activities.

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential and investment properties in Dubai.

• Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting features, lifestyle benefits, and investment potential.

• Provide clients with up-to-date market insights, pricing trends, and investment guidance.

• Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions in compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

• Coordinate with administrative teams to prepare contracts, RERA forms, tenancy agreements, and transaction documentation.

• Maintain accurate property listings and client records on CRM systems and property portals.

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and exceptional service.

• Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulatory updates.

• Liaise with developers, banks, mortgage advisors, and legal consultants to support successful transactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant (1–10 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and real estate regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and property portals such as Bayut and Property Finder.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).

• RERA certification is a strong advantage.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, Chinese, or Hindi are a plus.

• Applicants must be currently based in Dubai.
