Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in construction materials sales to drive business growth across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with construction material trading or manufacturing companies in the UAE and a proven ability to develop new business while managing key client accounts.

This role involves working closely with contractors, developers, consultants, and project stakeholders to promote and sell a wide range of construction and building materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, developers, and project owners

  • Promote and sell construction materials, including finishing materials, building products, and MEP-related materials

  • Generate new leads through market visits, site visits, and industry networking

  • Conduct client meetings, follow up on inquiries, and manage quotations

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders in line with company policies

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts within approved guidelines

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution

  • Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms

  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports to management

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales professional in the construction materials industry

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and client ecosystem

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Results-driven mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Valid UAE driving license

  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)

  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
