Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in construction materials sales to drive business growth across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with construction material trading or manufacturing companies in the UAE and a proven ability to develop new business while managing key client accounts.
This role involves working closely with contractors, developers, consultants, and project stakeholders to promote and sell a wide range of construction and building materials.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, developers, and project owners

Promote and sell construction materials, including finishing materials, building products, and MEP-related materials

Generate new leads through market visits, site visits, and industry networking

Conduct client meetings, follow up on inquiries, and manage quotations

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders in line with company policies

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts within approved guidelines

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution

Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms

Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports to management
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales professional in the construction materials industry

Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and client ecosystem

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Results-driven mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Valid UAE driving license

Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
