Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and digitally savvy Content Creator & Photographer to join our marketing team. This role combines visual storytelling with content strategy, focusing on producing high-quality photo and video content while managing social media platforms to increase brand engagement and visibility in the Dubai market.

The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury branding, understands social media trends, and can translate creative concepts into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production: Plan, shoot, and execute professional photography and videography for products, lifestyle campaigns, and events

• Post-Production: Edit photos and videos, including color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube

• Content Strategy: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives and current Dubai market trends

• Copywriting: Create engaging, platform-specific captions, headlines, and short-form content

• Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and algorithm updates

• Social Media Support: Assist in managing daily content posting and engagement activities

• Equipment Management: Handle, maintain, and organize all in-house camera, lighting, and production equipment

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Photographer, or similar role

• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and social media content

• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent

• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content formats

• Strong creative thinking with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
