About the Role

A leading automotive company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative with strong exposure to used cars and automotive auction environments. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands sourcing vehicles, managing supplier relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced, target-driven market.

You will play a key role in vehicle sourcing, negotiation, auction participation, and customer relationship management while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vehicle sources

• Source quality vehicles through auctions and direct channels

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements

• Manage auction participation, bidding strategies, and purchase execution

• Deliver high standards of customer service to buyers and partners

• Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue targets

• Ensure compliance with company processes and market regulations

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience

• Strong background in auction houses and/or used car sales (preferred)

• Proven sales performance with consistent target achievement

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English and Arabic (native Arabic preferred)

• Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and leadership capability

Compensation & Benefits

• AED 6,000 monthly salary (inclusive of fixed allowances)
