Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Waiters/Waitresses to join a vibrant, stand-alone restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and warmth while delivering an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in independent restaurants within the UAE is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly while creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Present menus confidently, explain dishes and beverages, and recommend items to enhance guest experience.

• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system while coordinating seamlessly with the kitchen team.

• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset efficiently during busy periods.

• Handle guest questions and address minor issues with a calm and positive attitude.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, service quality, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years as a Waiter/Waitress in the UAE.

• Background: Prior experience in stand-alone/independent restaurants; ability to work in fast-paced dining environments.

• Language: Excellent spoken and written English.

• Skills: Energetic, well-presented, customer-focused, and able to work effectively under pressure.

• Preference: Candidates with experience in European or Central Asian dining environments are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
