Position: Medical Coder
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full Time

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Medical Coder to support billing, coding, and insurance approval processes within our healthcare network. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate coding, compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, and smooth coordination with insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately assign ICD, CPT, and related medical codes based on clinical documentation

• Manage and process insurance approvals and pre-authorizations

• Verify compliance with UAE healthcare and payer guidelines

• Review patient records for accuracy and completeness

• Support billing, claims submission, and reimbursement processes

• Maintain strict confidentiality and data accuracy at all times

Eligibility Criteria

• Previous UAE medical coding experience OR

• Freshers from India with practical experience handling UAE insurance approvals

• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter — Mandatory

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of coding standards and medical terminology

• Familiarity with UAE insurance approval workflows

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability

• Ability to work independently and meet timelines

• Experience in UAE healthcare settings is an advantage

• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: AED 3,000 per month (inclusive of allowances)
