Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Executive Search Recruiter to support senior and leadership hiring for our clients. This role focuses on sourcing high-caliber professionals, managing full-cycle recruitment, and building long-term partnerships with candidates and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and confident managing confidential assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, culture, and business objectives.

• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify potential leaders.

• Implement sourcing strategies through networking, headhunting, referrals, databases, and digital platforms.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and client expectations.

• Prepare detailed candidate reports and manage shortlists for client review.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes — from briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.

• Maintain strong professional relationships and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.

• Stay updated on market trends, industry movements, and recruitment best practices.

• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical recruiting standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in executive search, recruitment, or headhunting.

• Strong understanding of leadership hiring practices and industry networks.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under pressure.

• Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
