Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Specialist – Administration to provide centralized support across multiple departments. The role focuses on improving workflows, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring accurate, efficient administrative operations for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Service Operations

Evaluate and streamline processes to improve efficiency and standardization across departments.

Act as a single point of contact for internal service requests and inquiries.

Provide administrative support across finance, HR, procurement, IT, and other functions.
Transaction & Data Management

Handle day-to-day transactions such as invoices, reimbursements, payroll support, and vendor coordination.

Maintain accurate data, records, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
Reporting & Compliance

Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement.

Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
Training & Collaboration

Support knowledge sharing by preparing guides, training materials, and conducting user training sessions.

Coordinate travel bookings and logistics in line with company travel policies.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, customer service, finance operations, HR, or related fields.

Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).

Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with database management, event coordination, and document control.

Background in the education sector is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
