Role Overview

We are hiring experienced MEP Engineers across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines to join a leading MEP contracting company delivering high-rise residential and commercial projects across Dubai.

This role is suited to technically strong engineers with end-to-end UAE project experience, capable of managing on-site execution, coordination, and compliance throughout the full project lifecycle—from mobilisation to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute the installation of MEP systems, including HVAC, water supply, drainage, electrical (LV/MV), lighting, fire-fighting, and related services

• Plan and coordinate daily site activities in collaboration with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Review, interpret, and implement approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs accurately on site

• Manage manpower deployment, labour productivity, and site resources in line with project schedules and budgets

• Ensure all works comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and UAE construction codes

• Prepare technical correspondence, site reports, and responses to RFIs and technical queries

• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and local authorities including DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and DCD

• Monitor project progress and support regular reporting to the Project Manager

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in an MEP contracting company

• Must have completed at least one full project lifecycle in the UAE (mobilisation to handover)

• Proven experience working on high-rise residential or commercial tower projects

• Strong knowledge of manpower planning, productivity tracking, and labour cost control

• Familiarity with UAE HSE standards, QA/QC procedures, and site documentation

• Strong communication skills with professional technical letter-writing ability

• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
