Job Overview

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and Tagalog-speaking Babysitter/Nanny to provide high-quality childcare services in Dubai. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children while supporting families through flexible and on-call childcare assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care, ensuring children’s safety and well-being at all times.

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, learning tasks, and outdoor outings.

• Assist with daily childcare routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and diaper changes.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of children’s living and play areas.

• Follow parents’ instructions, schedules, and household routines accurately.

• Communicate clearly with parents regarding children’s daily activities, behavior, and needs.

• Be available for on-call assignments and flexible working hours as required.

• Adhere strictly to childcare safety, hygiene, and health standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in Tagalog with good communication skills.

• Proven experience as a babysitter or nanny; on-call or flexible-role experience is preferred.

• Genuine love for children with patience and the ability to care for different age groups.

• Reliable, punctual, and responsive to urgent childcare requirements.

• Basic knowledge of childcare safety and hygiene practices.

• Ability to engage children in fun, educational, and stimulating activities.

• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and instruction-following.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties.
