As a Real Estate Agent, you will leverage your market knowledge, sales expertise, and networking skills to achieve targets, grow your client base, and build lasting relationships in Dubai’s property sector.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Sales

• Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to clients’ requirements.

• Negotiate and close deals efficiently between buyers and sellers.

Market Knowledge & Research

• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai property market trends, pricing, and regulations.

• Advise clients on investment opportunities and property valuations.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and present property listings, contracts, and other legal documentation.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Networking & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate professionals.

• Represent the company professionally at all client meetings and industry events.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or related fields.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, property laws, and regulations is an advantage.

• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally for property viewings.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.

• Commission-based role with high earning potential for top performers.
