Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive the growth of corporate travel business by acquiring new B2B clients and strengthening relationships with existing corporate accounts. The role focuses on delivering tailored travel solutions, achieving revenue targets, and positioning the company as a preferred corporate travel partner in the UAE market.

The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow corporate travel revenue.

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate accounts across various industries.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing corporate clients to maximize retention and revenue.

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high service standards and satisfaction.

  • Understand client travel requirements and propose customized travel solutions.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements in line with company policies.

Collaboration & Performance Management

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.

  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue targets.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate sales within the travel industry.

  • Strong understanding of corporate travel products, pricing models, and industry trends.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.

  • Strategic, results-driven mindset with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
