About the Client

A Dubai-based design-and-build firm specializing in luxury villa renovations and private residential projects, delivering bespoke interiors with premium finishes and internationally sourced FF&E solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced FF&E Specialist to manage the selection, procurement, coordination, and installation of high-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment for luxury villa projects. The role requires strong supplier knowledge, commercial acumen, and hands-on experience working alongside interior designers to deliver exceptional residential environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with interior designers and project teams to understand design intent, specifications, and project requirements.

• Source and select high-end furniture, lighting, artwork, soft furnishings, accessories, and custom-made items aligned with design concepts and budgets.

• Identify premium local and international suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times, and manage vendor relationships.

• Prepare and manage FF&E budgets, quotations, approvals, and purchase orders.

• Track production schedules, oversee factory inspections and pre-shipment checks, and coordinate shipping and logistics.

• Manage on-site delivery, installation, snagging, and final handover of FF&E items.

• Ensure all FF&E selections meet project specifications, quality standards, and design approvals.

• Maintain accurate documentation of specifications, budgets, schedules, warranties, and asset registers.

• Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and logistics providers to ensure timely and seamless execution.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FF&E procurement and coordination for luxury villas or high-end residential interior projects.

• Proven experience working with premium furniture brands, bespoke manufacturers, and luxury material suppliers.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong ability to interpret interior design drawings, specifications, schedules, and mood boards.

• Expertise in vendor negotiation, cost control, procurement timelines, and logistics coordination.

• Hands-on experience managing installation, snagging, and final FF&E handover.

• Highly organized with strong documentation and reporting skills.

Candidate Profile

• Open to Asian and Arab nationals.

• Preferred age: 36 years and below.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
