Role Overview

Aswaar Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Financial Consultant to support financial operations and client engagements within the healthcare sector. The role focuses on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial support activities, with exposure to consulting and advisory services.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in accounting operations, strong attention to detail, and hands-on knowledge of Zoho. Prior experience in healthcare or insurance finance is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and account statements accurately and on time.

  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.

  • Record customer receipts and maintain accurate AR ledgers.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and client queries.

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments.

  • Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery documentation.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.

  • Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and respond to enquiries.

General Finance & Reporting

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and basic financial reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

  • Experience in healthcare finance, medical billing, or insurance is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho accounting systems is highly desirable.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
