Role Overview
On behalf of our client, TGC Consulting is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist (Russian Speaker) to manage front office operations and deliver a premium client experience within a corporate serviced environment in Dubai.
The role requires a highly organized individual with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in hospitality, front office, or serviced workspace operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Office Operations

Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Manage reception desk operations including call handling, visitor greetings, scheduling, printing, secretarial services, and meeting room coordination.

Support both virtual and physical office clients by executing service requests accurately and in a timely manner.
Centre Presentation & Housekeeping Coordination

Maintain high presentation standards across meeting rooms, lounges, reception areas, and serviced offices.

Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, inventory levels, and office consumables.

Coordinate with housekeeping and support teams to ensure cleanliness, organization, and brand consistency.
Administration & Documentation

Maintain accurate client records, reception logs, CRM/ERP entries, and filing systems.

Support client move-in and move-out processes and update administrative registers accordingly.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, catering requests, stationery management, and service charge documentation.

Report maintenance and operational issues promptly to relevant teams.
Sales Support & Revenue Enablement

Promote centre services through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Manage meeting room inquiries, bookings, and coordination before and after client engagements.

Support sales tours by delivering professional reception presentations and a high-quality client interface.
Compliance, Safety & Facility Support

Adhere to internal operational policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with onsite vendors and contractors and escalate issues as required.

Participate in safety drills, maintain first-aid readiness, and support emergency procedures.
Requirements
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in front office, hospitality, customer service, or serviced workspace operations (UAE experience preferred).

Strong customer service background with excellent administrative accuracy and process compliance.

Fluent in Russian and English (mandatory).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional email communication.

Well-presented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment.
