We are seeking an energetic and client-focused Business Relations Associate to manage channel partners, convert leads into sales, and reactivate dormant accounts. This role plays a key part in supporting partners with UAE business setup solutions while fostering long-term relationships and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will excel in partner management, sales conversion, and delivering a seamless support experience across the business setup lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly GP targets by converting partner leads, reactivating inactive accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Manage and nurture a portfolio of channel partners, providing tailored advice on business setup options and requirements.

Act as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, long-lasting partner relationships.

Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, pipelines, and partner interactions to ensure smooth sales tracking.

Assist partners with license applications and documentation, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent communication.

Leverage strong knowledge of the UAE business setup landscape to guide partners effectively and build credibility.

Build, maintain, and grow relationships with referral networks and channel partners to enhance loyalty and performance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and operational support.

Provide training, product updates, and process guidance to new and existing partners.

Ensure all agreements, profiles, and documents for onboarding new partners are completed correctly.

Keep detailed documentation of partner activities, applications, and transactions for reporting and compliance.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

1–2 years of sales or partner management experience, preferably within business setup or a related industry.

Valid UAE driver’s license and access to own vehicle.

Strong command of CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.

Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.

Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
