A well-established Dubai-based law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Business Development Executive to support its marketing, proposals, and client development initiatives. This flexible role is ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance while contributing to strategic BD activities that strengthen the firm’s market presence.

The successful candidate will support proposal management, pitch preparation, legal directory submissions, and marketing initiatives, working closely with lawyers and the BD team to drive growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain proposal and pitch records with accurate documentation of BD activities.

• Collect post-pitch feedback and prepare analysis reports to drive improvements and enhance win rates.

• Prepare submissions for major legal directories, including Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, and other rankings.

• Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to elevate the firm’s profile.

• Work closely with lawyers and the BD/Marketing team while handling independent tasks efficiently.

• Support ad-hoc business development and marketing projects as assigned.
