Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital growth for off-plan and ready real estate projects. The ideal candidate will manage the company’s digital presence, plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, and drive high-quality leads, site visits, and bookings. This role requires strong expertise in PPC, SEO, content creation, and digital strategy within the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning

Develop monthly, weekly, and quarterly media and performance marketing plans by project, segment, and geography.

Build and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy for real estate projects.

Allocate budgets effectively across PPC, SEO, and social media channels to maximize lead generation.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital campaigns.

Structure ad accounts by project and funnel for efficient tracking and optimization.

Manage landing page development in collaboration with web teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Content Strategy & Creative Development

Create and oversee engaging content including graphics, videos, and social media posts tailored to UAE real estate audiences.

Collaborate with videographers, designers, and creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets.

Manage WhatsApp API and email marketing campaigns for nurturing and conversion.
SEO & Website Optimization

Enhance website content and property listings to improve organic search rankings and traffic.

Optimize on-page and off-page SEO using Google SEO and AI-driven tools.

Ensure seamless digital experiences that support user engagement and lead conversion.
Analytics & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

Use data insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and achieve monthly lead generation targets.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and real estate marketing strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory: 4–5 years of digital marketing experience in Dubai real estate.

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.

Strong knowledge of Google SEO and AI-based SEO tools.

Excellent graphic design skills with experience in content creation (graphics/videos).

Proven expertise in PPC, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and campaign management.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategies.
