Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level designers to build a strong design portfolio while working on diverse digital and print projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, proficiency in design tools, and a passion for creating modern, impactful graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand design needs and interpret creative objectives.

• Design engaging graphics and layouts for digital content, print materials, advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and more.

• Use Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to produce high-quality visuals that match project requirements and timelines.

• Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative outputs.

• Conduct design research and stay updated on current trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; knowledge of Figma or Sketch is a plus.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.

• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing compositions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
