Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Tele Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have experience in tele-calling, customer service, or telesales, and be comfortable handling client interactions, closing sales, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers by answering product and service-related inquiries.

• Provide detailed information and suggestions about products and services.

• Process customer orders and prepare quotations.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Coordinate with designers, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Prepare correspondence, follow up with clients, and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.

• Should be able to join immediately (Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa preferred).
