Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic & Web Designer to design, build, and optimize high-converting websites, landing pages, and digital assets for a leading real estate company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of UI/UX design expertise, front-end development skills, and experience creating visually engaging marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

Web & Landing Page Development

• Design, prototype, and develop responsive, high-performance landing pages optimized for SEO and conversion (CRO).

• Build and maintain core website sections with a focus on speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness.

• Convert UI/UX wireframes and graphic mockups into clean, semantic HTML5/CSS3 (SASS/LESS) code.

UI/UX & Visual Design

• Create pixel-perfect UI designs, style guides, and design systems for web and mobile platforms.

• Enhance website UI/UX to improve engagement and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design high-impact visuals, banners, creatives, and promotional pages.

Website Content & Maintenance

• Update and manage property listing pages including images, floor plans, and descriptions.

• Upload new projects, blogs, offers, and campaigns as needed.

• Optimize website performance, speed, and security.

• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless functionality.

Marketing & Tracking Integrations

• Develop landing pages tailored for digital marketing and advertising campaigns.

• Implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Design, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience as a Web Developer or Web Designer, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Strong portfolio showcasing completed websites, landing pages, and design work.

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and WordPress.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
