Role Overview:

The Oracle Consulting Finance Architect / Lead will provide expert guidance in designing and implementing Oracle solutions that meet complex business needs. This role involves analyzing requirements, applying industry best practices, providing technical and functional direction, mentoring project teams, and influencing customer leadership to ensure successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements to design and implement Oracle solutions aligned with client objectives.

  • Apply industry best practices and Oracle product knowledge to deliver functional and technical solutions.

  • Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Influence customer leadership on strategic and technical decisions.

  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities and solution extensions.

  • Resolve complex client issues by recommending and implementing effective solutions.

  • Architect and design technology solutions across multiple Oracle products, considering end-to-end business impact.

  • Collaborate with consulting sales teams to provide domain expertise and solution insights.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Career Level: IC4 (Individual Contributor, senior level)

  • Extensive experience in Oracle consulting, finance solutions, and enterprise systems.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex processes.

  • Proven experience mentoring teams and guiding large-scale implementations.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to design solutions across multiple Oracle product families.
