Perle.ai is advancing the next generation of global language models (LLMs) and seeks a native-level Arabic speaker to join their AI team as a Language Specialist. The role involves evaluating and annotating text and audio data, ensuring cultural precision, accuracy, and quality in AI training datasets. This position is fully remote within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately evaluate and annotate large volumes of Arabic text and audio data for linguistic quality and cultural appropriateness.

• Identify grammatical errors, semantic inconsistencies, transcription mistakes, and non-native phrasing.

• Ensure all linguistic data adheres to project-specific guidelines and high-quality standards.

• Document and report linguistic issues and trends, providing clear feedback to improve AI language model performance.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in Arabic.

• Currently residing in the UAE.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Preferred: Degree in Linguistics, Arabic Language Studies, Translation, or related field.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and language skills.
