This role requires a highly organized, people-focused recruiter who excels in communication, stakeholder collaboration, and developing effective hiring strategies. You will play a key role in scaling Revolut by identifying world-class talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and optimizing recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit top-tier candidates (“A-Players”) across various business functions.

• Partner with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile and hiring needs.

• Design and refine interview processes to improve assessment quality and efficiency.

• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and champion Revolut as an employer of choice.

• Manage the offer process and successfully close candidates.

• Ensure exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.

• Act as a talent market expert for your assigned domain.

• Use modern sourcing tools and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.

• Support continuous improvement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter (volume hiring preferred).

• Proven success working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.

• Strong business acumen with ability to support cross-functional hiring.

• Background in high-volume recruitment is essential.

• Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Highly ambitious, self-driven, and aligned with Revolut’s mission.

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written).

• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, or fintech environment.

• Fluency in additional languages.
