Navy Federal Credit Union, one of the most trusted and award-winning financial institutions in the world, is hiring a Member Service Representative (Full-Time) for its NSA Bahrain location. This role involves providing members with the full range of financial services including deposit accounts, loans, credit products, and account maintenance. The position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced banking environment.
You will support members by performing account transactions, resolving inquiries, cross-servicing financial products, and maintaining compliance with federal regulations. This role also includes handling cash securely, assisting with daily banking operations, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.
Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and basic counseling on financial products and services.

Assist members in opening and maintaining accounts, deposits, loans, credit/debit cards, and other financial services.

Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests efficiently.

Identify and promote cross-service opportunities to strengthen member relationships.

Maintain compliance with federal and internal regulations related to financial products.

Support team members by sharing knowledge and following best practices.

Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and accurately.

Process daily transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.

Maintain professionalism and accuracy while working in high-production environments.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Hours: Monday – Saturday, based on business needs

Work Location: Freedom Souq BLG 261, Administration Support Unit, Manama, Bahrain
