SEHA (Abu Dhabi Health Services Co.) is seeking an experienced ENT Specialist to provide comprehensive care across the Al Dhafra region. The specialist will conduct patient assessments, diagnose and treat ear, nose, and throat conditions, perform procedures, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care and mentorship to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests.

• Prescribe and administer appropriate treatments and perform ENT-related procedures or surgeries.

• Liaise with other specialists, departments, and support services for holistic care.

• Document clinical information accurately and in compliance with legal standards.

• Participate in clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Supervise and provide guidance to junior medical staff, residents, and students.

• Communicate effectively with patients and families, obtaining informed consent for procedures.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, DOH regulations, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized medical school.

• Completion of residency or fellowship in ENT or relevant specialization.

• 2–3 years post-specialization clinical experience (varies by DOH classification).

• Valid Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi license or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi.

• Evidence of current valid registration and a Certificate of Good Standing from relevant authority.

• Successful completion of the DOH licensing exam (oral assessment may apply).

• Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and continuous medical education commitment.
