Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to corporate clients across industries.

Build and maintain client relationships through consultative selling and effective communication.

Collaborate with the internal team for candidate delivery and recruitment execution.

Manage your own schedule; 3–4 hours per weekday is recommended.

Operate independently as a freelance recruiter under a trusted brand.
Skills & Requirements

Background in B2B sales, account management, client servicing, telemarketing, real estate, insurance, or medical sales preferred.

Entrepreneurial or freelance experience is an advantage.
