Hire Better Talent Solutions is seeking a Business Development & Recruitment Manager for a remote, part-time, and flexible freelance role. This position offers high earning potential with a 6-figure commission model. Ideal for professionals in sales, client management, or entrepreneurial roles, the company provides full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in executive recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to corporate clients across industries.

  • Build and maintain client relationships through consultative selling and effective communication.

  • Collaborate with the internal team for candidate delivery and recruitment execution.

  • Manage your own schedule; 3–4 hours per weekday is recommended.

  • Operate independently as a freelance recruiter under a trusted brand.

Skills & Requirements

  • Background in B2B sales, account management, client servicing, telemarketing, real estate, insurance, or medical sales preferred.

  • Entrepreneurial or freelance experience is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

  • Commitment to weekday availability and client interaction.
