STATUS Real Estate is seeking a Russian-speaking Real Estate Agent to work with international clients in Dubai’s dynamic property market. The role focuses on assisting buyers, sellers, and tenants with off-plan and secondary market properties, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice. Key Responsibilities

• Work with Russian-speaking buyers, sellers, and tenants across Dubai.

• Advise clients on off-plan, secondary market, and rental property options.

• Conduct professional property viewings and negotiate offers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and end-users.

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and market opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English; Arabic is a plus.

• Previous real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market preferred).

• RERA license or willingness to obtain one.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, ambitious, and target-driven.
