A prestigious Family Office in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional Maternity / Infant Nurse to provide full newborn care in a VIP household. The role involves managing feeding, hygiene, sleep routines, and overall care for infants aged 0–3 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive newborn care: feeding, sterilizing bottles, burping, diaper changes, and bathing.

• Establish and manage sleep routines, feeding schedules, and developmental structure.

• Monitor baby’s health, comfort, and daily activities; report concerns to parents.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the nursery and baby items.

• Follow parents’ preferences and provide postnatal support for the mother if required.

• Implement soothing techniques, nap training, and day/night routine organization.

• Document daily records of feeding, sleeping, and general progress.

• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and calm environment for the newborn.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maternity Nurse / Infant Nurse.

• Professional experience with newborns (0–3 months).

• Strong knowledge of newborn safety, feeding, hygiene, and sleep routines.

• Ability to work independently in a VIP household.

• Excellent communication skills and a calm, nurturing personality.

• Discreet, respectful, and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Ability to commit to 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week.

• Must provide valid references from previous employers.

• Experience with Malaak Agency is preferred.
