Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide a memorable first impression.

  • Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.

  • Handle guest bookings, payments, and check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations.

  • Act as the guests’ point of contact for inquiries, bill issues, and recommendations.

  • Ensure all guest interactions are friendly, professional, and problem-solving oriented.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving ability to turn guest concerns into positive experiences.

  • Tech-savvy with basic computer, reading, writing, and numerical skills.

  • Fluency in the local language; additional language skills are a plus.
