Quality Facilities Management is looking for a dedicated Cleaner to maintain residential buildings to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This role involves cleaning, routine inspections, minor repairs, and supporting the facility management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.).

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks.

• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

• Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.

• Make minor adjustments and repairs as needed.

• Stock and maintain supply rooms.

• Cooperate and coordinate with other staff members.

• Follow health and safety regulations.

• Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.

Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of English is essential.

• Strong cleaning skills with high attention to detail.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

• Basic health and safety awareness.

• Teamwork, integrity, and time management skills.
