Mashreq, a leading banking and financial services institution in the UAE, is seeking a Payment Operations Officer for the Inward Remittances Centre under the Operations Group. This full-time role focuses on ensuring smooth processing of financial transactions and maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct first-level checking and scrutiny of financial transactions related to Clearing, Collections, Cash Management, RPC, Remittances (both outward & inward), and Investigations.

Monitor centralized PDC operations to ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Provide value-added services to support the operational efficiency of the remittance centre.

Ensure all transactions meet established turnaround times and operating procedures.

Support the team in achieving maximum customer satisfaction through timely and accurate processing.
Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking operations, especially remittances and cash management.

Attention to detail and ability to conduct accurate transaction checks.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.

Prior experience in banking operations is preferred.
