Iustitia Global is hiring a highly skilled Renovation Specialist – Technician to join their fast-growing team in Dubai. This role requires a multi-talented professional capable of delivering high-quality renovation and fit-out work across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on expertise in multiple trades, work with precision, maintain high standards, and demonstrate a strong commitment to professionalism.

This is a full-time, on-site role for candidates already residing in Dubai with solid UAE experience in renovation—not just maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute complete renovation and fit-out tasks in both residential and commercial properties.

• Perform gypsum and carpentry works including partitions, ceilings, frames, and shelves.

• Handle tiling for bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and finishing tasks.

• Complete basic plumbing tasks such as sanitary installations, leak repairs, and drainage work.

• Manage basic electrical tasks including sockets, switches, lighting installations, and troubleshooting.

• Carry out AC-related works including FCU servicing, ducting assistance, and minor repairs.

• Perform painting, decorating, and finishing touch-up work.

• Execute glass, mirror, and aluminum installation or adjustment tasks.

• Support wrapping/vinyl work (preferred but not mandatory).

• Maintain high-quality workmanship, ensuring neat, clean, and timely completion of tasks.

• Work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Must be multi-skilled in renovation tasks across various trades.

• Strong background in full renovation — not limited to basic maintenance.

• Extensive UAE experience in renovation and fit-out works.

• Ability to work cleanly, neatly, and efficiently, following high standards.

• Reliable, respectful, and committed to professional growth.

• Must be currently residing in Dubai.
