ASAS Investment and Development is looking for a skilled and customer-friendly Barista to join their café team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality specialty coffee beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks including espresso, cappuccino, latte, drip coffee, and more.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the coffee menu, ingredients, brewing techniques, and preparation methods.

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently and safely.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee bar, workstations, and all café areas.

• Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed.

• Assist with café events, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.

• Work effectively during peak hours and manage high customer volume.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering queries and offering product recommendations.

• Help maintain a welcoming environment in all areas, including the seating area and restrooms.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Physical stamina to stand for long hours, carry up to 50 pounds, and handle dynamic working conditions.
