flydubai is seeking a dedicated Supervisor – Airport Services (UAE Nationals Only) to oversee and coordinate airport service operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality service to passengers. The role involves managing check-in, boarding, ramp operations, baggage services, and special services, while supervising airport services agents and ground handling partners. This position is critical to maintaining smooth passenger handling and upholding flydubai’s safety, security, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Allocate airport service agents across check-in, departures/transfers, ramp, and arrivals on a rotational basis; conduct shift briefings.

Set up and manage the check-in area, ensuring correct allocation of desks, resources, and efficient operations.

Monitor passenger flow and queue times, adjusting desk allocations and coordinating with immigration, security, and terminal management.

Oversee passenger and ramp handling, maintaining customer service standards and ensuring compliance with flight cut-off times, baggage rules, and documentation requirements.

Support frontline staff by reinforcing flydubai’s commercial, safety, and security standards and providing coaching and leadership.

Provide information and assistance to passengers and stakeholders as needed.

Coordinate with the Network Control Centre (NCC), Ground Handling Agents (GHA), and other stakeholders to ensure smooth boarding processes, especially during delays or disruptions.

Assist passengers through security, immigration, transfers, baggage connections, and arrivals.

Ensure safe embarkation and disembarkation processes and monitor turnaround activities within regulatory safety guidelines.

Prepare post-flight documentation, telex communications, reports, and check sheets for accounting.

Monitor service partner performance against SLAs and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.

Investigate operational issues, delays, and discrepancies, implementing corrective measures when necessary.

Respond professionally to queries from stations, handling agents, and government authorities.

Control ground handling costs to ensure cost-effective airport operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years).

0–2 years of relevant experience.

Fluency in English.
