This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, onboarding, compliance, and office administration. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring smooth HR processes and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Oversee onboarding, employee orientation, and staff development programs.

Handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support conflict resolution.

Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards.

Manage payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.

Support administrative tasks and office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.

Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives and workplace culture.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information securely.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance, payroll management, and HR systems.

Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in onboarding, training, and employee development.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive HR data.

Previous experience in HR or administrative roles, ideally in a corporate environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
