The company is seeking a highly flexible Executive Assistant & Travel Concierge (Freelance) to support VIP clients both remotely and on-site during their travels. This is a freelance, non–full-time opportunity where assignments vary depending on client needs, lasting anywhere from 10 days to one month and occurring once or twice a year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel independently to global destinations when required.

• Assist VIP clients on-site throughout their trips.

• Deliver remote concierge and organizational support.

• Manage daily schedules, logistics, travel arrangements, and communication.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and service quality.

Skills & Requirements:

• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Concierge, or similar role.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and client-management abilities.

• Fluent English; additional languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese are an advantage.

• Ability to travel on short notice, within or outside Europe.

• Background in luxury travel, VIP services, or high-end hospitality is highly desirable.

• Exceptional discretion, reliability, and polished personal presentation.
