The Company Formations Specialist will play a key role in supporting clients with business setup and regulatory compliance in Dubai.


Key Responsibilities

Company Formation & Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end company formation processes in Dubai.

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and government entities to process registrations and licenses.

  • Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation accurately.

  • Ensure strict adherence to local laws, guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Client Support & Advisory

  • Guide clients through the company setup journey, ensuring smooth onboarding.

  • Provide clear explanations regarding business setup procedures and regulatory obligations.

  • Address customer inquiries, offering accurate and timely assistance.

Documentation & Record Management

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records related to company registration and licensing activities.

  • Track regulatory updates and adapt processes as needed.

Operational Support

  • Assist internal teams with company formation insights, documentation needs, and process optimization.

  • Monitor regulatory changes impacting business setup procedures in Dubai.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, documentation processes, and company registration requirements.

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with database management tools is preferred.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Knowledge of Dubai’s business setup and regulatory landscape is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is an advantage.
