ROC Citizenship is a cross-border migration and business expansion advisory firm headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with offices in Dubai and an upcoming branch in Orlando, USA. The company helps global entrepreneurs, SMEs, and investors expand into the North American market through business setup, trade missions, and market-entry advisory.
The Business Expansion Advisor will act as the UAE-based representative for the North American division. This role is strictly focused on business development, cross-border trade, and corporate expansion advisory—not immigration. The advisor will generate leads, assess business readiness, present Canada/USA expansion pathways, and organize trade missions. The role is fully remote within the UAE and commission-based.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and engage SMEs, investors, business owners, and entrepreneurs aiming to expand into Canada or the USA.

Build professional networks within UAE business hubs, chambers of commerce, free zones, and investor communities.

Generate qualified leads through events, referrals, networking, and business meetings.
Client Screening & Qualification

Assess clients’ financial and operational preparedness for North American expansion.

Filter out non-serious or immigration-focused applicants.

Ensure clients clearly understand business expansion—not immigration—opportunities.
Business Program Presentation

Conduct professional consultations explaining:

Branch setup in Canada/USA
-
Market entry strategies
-
Operational, tax, and scaling benefits
-

Present to CEOs, founders, directors, and senior executives.
Trade Mission Coordination

Organize delegations and trade missions to Canada & USA.

Coordinate itineraries, meetings, industry tours, and business events.

Promote business showcases and networking sessions.

Attend trade missions as part of ROC’s advisory team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years experience in:

Business development

Corporate advisory / consulting

High-level sales

Investment or real estate advisory

Free zone company setup

Wealth management

Trade delegation organization

Strong financial and business understanding.

Excellent English communication; Arabic/Urdu/Hindi are a plus.

Strong presentation & negotiation skills.

Ability to independently generate leads.

Professional, credible, and well-networked across UAE/GCC.
