Anantara Hotels & Resorts, a globally recognized luxury hospitality brand, is hiring a Spa Therapist for a seasonal 6-month contract at their resort in the Abu Dhabi Emirate. The Spa Therapist will provide a range of professional beauty and wellness treatments to ensure guests receive a relaxing and premium spa experience. The role involves delivering high-quality services, maintaining hygiene standards, understanding client needs, and creating a soothing spa environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills and a passion for holistic wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa and wellness treatments, including facials, massages, body therapies, manicures, pedicures, and related services.

• Consult with guests to understand their preferences, needs, and health considerations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace in accordance with spa standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and peaceful environment.

• Promote spa services and treatments to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.

• Contribute to maintaining the high service standards of Anantara’s spa operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in spa treatments such as facials, pedicures, and wellness therapies.

• Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles and beauty/wellness techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional certifications in beauty therapy, spa therapy, cosmetology, or related fields.

• Experience in luxury hospitality or spa environments is an added advantage.

• Ability to create a calm, welcoming, and guest-focused spa experience.
