The Hostess will play a key role in greeting and assisting guests in the hotel’s restaurants. The role includes welcoming guests, managing table allocations and outlet inventory, coordinating with service staff, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Candidates with language proficiency in German, Russian, or Chinese will be given a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to assigned tables.

• Manage table reservations and maintain the seating chart.

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Maintain inventory and support the outlet’s overall organization.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally.

• Assist service staff when needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations.

• Previous hostess experience is an added advantage.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Must already be based in the UAE.

• Ideal height: 170 cm or above.

• Proficiency in English; German/Russian/Chinese language skills are an added advantage.
