Job Overview:
WOW Properties is hiring experienced and driven Real Estate Agents to join their expanding team. This role involves managing client interactions, conducting viewings, closing deals, and maintaining updated market awareness. The position is ideal for ambitious individuals seeking high-earning potential and long-term growth in the UAE real estate industry. This is a commission-only role.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.

Provide clear and accurate information on property details, pricing, and payment plans.

Negotiate offers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai real estate trends, laws, and RERA regulations.

Build long-term client relationships to enable referrals and repeat business.

Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Guide clients through booking, documentation, and DLD registration procedures.

List properties on portals and CRM systems with detailed descriptions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and keep accurate lead/deal records.

Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for campaigns and lead generation.

Attend developer trainings, project launches, and company events.

Represent the company professionally during events, exhibitions, and open houses.

Handle the complete real estate process from inquiry to closing.

Ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance at all stages.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong self-motivation and target-driven mindset.

Good understanding of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
