Senior Sales Manager | Middle East & GCC Market | Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality and part of Dubai Holding, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for its iconic Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The role focuses on driving sales across the Middle East, GCC, Turkey, and South Africa markets, fostering relationships with key partners, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across GCC, Turkey, South Africa, and other assigned regions.

  • Execute the sales and marketing strategy to meet targets for designated accounts and identify new market opportunities.

  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key partners within the leisure and consortia segment.

  • Monitor competitors’ activities, gather market intelligence, and respond proactively.

  • Maintain accurate account profiles and histories in Salesforce.

  • Travel to assigned countries for sales calls, events, and exhibitions as required.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in international hospitality or a recognized blue-chip organization.

  • Knowledge of markets within the assigned portfolio.

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (read, write, speak).

  • Strong sales skills and proven ability to influence clients to drive revenue growth.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
